This is the basic timeline leading upto the Warehouse 13 group PSL at secondtimebetter that becomes AU during the events of "Emily Lake."
It's set shortly after Sykes is defeated, however no Astrolabe was needed to be used to save the Warehouse. After the Janus Coin was taken from Pete, Myka and Claudia and to Sykes, the three agents quickly tracked his whereabouts and made it to his base of operations after Helena was put back in her body and before Steve was killed. Helena helped the agents stop Sykes, and they thwarted his plans to destroy the Warehouse.
Shortly after the victory, Helena was taken into custody by the Regents as she wasn't in her prison anymore. However, the agents persuaded the Regents to allow Helena to have her freedom for her help in stopping Sykes and saving the Warehouse. As a result, Helena was then taken for close observation for a couple days to ensure no side-effects from the Janus Coin would rear their ugly heads. After that, Helena was allowed some time to readjust to being in a physical body again and given some time before needing to return to the Warehouse and decide if she wished to continue being an agent or not.
Wanting to become more acquainted with the modern world, Helena began a trip. It was when she was in New York City that she crossed paths with one Joshua Donovan. And their fates were sealed from that moment on.
